Brandon Beatty is a licensed residential loan officer with a passion for guiding clients through the homebuying process. With a background in real estate and finance, Brandon began his career in March of 2020 as a loan officer assistant, supporting six loan officers. After gaining valuable experience, he became licensed in September of the same year. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Brandon was a PGA golf professional, graduating from Penn State University in 2017 with a degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management and a minor in Business. His diverse background equips him with a unique skill set, enabling him to provide exceptional service and expertise to clients from all walks of life.

Brandon understands that no two mortgage scenarios are the same. He knows that buying a home is not a “one size fits all” process. Each client’s financial situation is unique, and Brandon is committed to dedicating the necessary time to find the best mortgage program for their specific needs. Whether working with someone needing credit or budgeting assistance, or a client with perfect credit who has been saving for years, Brandon ensures that each person’s goals are at the forefront. If a client isn’t currently in a position to achieve their goals, Brandon will provide a clear, actionable roadmap to help them get there. His clients can trust that he will offer transparent guidance and find the solution that works best for them. Outside of work, Brandon is a competitive golfer who continues to participate in golf events and tournaments. In November of 2024, he married his wife, Cree, and together they enjoy traveling the country, exploring new golf courses and creating lasting memories.
